Preschool gossip

Edith's class is having a Teddy Bear Picnic today. As Edith packed her teddy bear into her backpack, I told her she'd have to teach Ted-Ted how to behave at school...all about sharing, and waiting his turn, and--

"Oh yeah," Edith interrupted. "Like Jamie didn't want to wait his turn that time." Jamie is an older boy at her school.

"Oh, really?" I asked.

"Yeah," she nodded importantly. "I heard about it later that evening on the playground."
