Bullies
Edith started learning about school bullies yesterday. It's an important lesson. From her daily report card:
"We tried giving Edith some Cheerios this morning, and she did a very good job getting the few that Maya didn't steal from her into her mouth."

Clearly Edith is at the age where it's time for Tom to take her out to the ol' punching bag in the garage and teach her how to fight and take care of herself.
Considering that Maya is a little slip of a thing, I like Edith's long-term chances. Plus, Edith's good buddy Harrison (whose parents may be reading--hi, guys) is a gentle giant: a sweet happy baby, but a nice one to have standing behind you when the going gets tough, for appearances.
